Alert Suppression

Suppress alerts during planned maintenance to prevent noise. Maintenance windows temporarily mute alerts or automated actions for a defined duration, optionally filtered to specific alert rules.

Maintenance Windows

Each window has a start time, end time, and suppression mode.

Creating a Maintenance Window

Use the Add Maintenance Window modal (accessible from the Monitoring sidebar). Fill in duration, optional rule filter, and suppression mode.

The Monitoring > Suppression sidebar subsection shows:

  • Summary: "X active / Y total" count of maintenance windows
  • Window List: Each row shows ID, status dot, remaining time, and a delete button
  • Hover Card: Full details — status, remaining seconds, suppression mode, and applied rule filters
